As someone who has had a nasty nail-biting habit for 27 years and has tried to quit - unsuccessfully - about 400 times, I can tell you that this topic is a challenge! But after digging into it, I am inspired and excited to have you dive in to the topic as well.
The focus for the meeting is to explore what it takes to create, end, or change a habit. We will ALL leave the meeting on Wednesday having a concrete plan for changing 1 habit in our lives. Consider this an incredible opportunity to have a dynamic group of women all support and hold you accountable for creating positive and lasting change in your life!
I have attached a document with a list of questions to answer, followed by a plan for changing 1 habit in your life. Please bring your completed questions and plan to the meeting! (I will bring blank forms to the meeting as well)
