Select a woman who is older than yourself (by a decade or more) and interview her on the topic of aging. The following questions are simply suggestions, if they don't move you, we invite you come up with your own set of questions based on your personal context of curiosity.
Q: When did you first feel like you were "aging"? Was it something physical or mental?
Q: What have you enjoyed the most about getting older? What have you enjoyed the least?
Q: What advice do you have to give to someone nearing age 40? Nearing 50? Nearing 60?
Q: Do you find you are more or less comfortable with your body now?
Q: Have you adopted any special fitness, nutrition or beauty regimens that you swear by, or that you didn't do in your younger years?
Q: Do you have any specific fears or concerns related to aging? Does these fears/concerns impact your daily life/decisions? if so, how?
