I have Wisconsin in my bones, cold winter nights, summer filled with fire flies and lightning storms, the crisp crackle of leaves as I walk down the sidewalk. Those are some of the things I gave up to be a Californian. What I gained was a wonderful husband who, although grew up in Wisconsin, prefers the west coast to any place in the world. A Spanish teaching position at a loving community school. A title of certified yoga teacher, a passion that grew upon my arrival in California, and a new found love for the palm trees that always remind me "we're not in Kansas anymore Toto:)"
I love early morning runs when the sun is coming up, coffee at all hours of the day, a good meditation at the end of yoga practice, self help books by the bathtub, and a nice glass of Shiraz. I look forward to starting a family with my husband and embarking upon my new Life Coach business. I am grateful to the miraculous universe for allowing me to be in the right place at the right time, and introduce to me this group of women. It brings tears to my eyes when I sit with the delicious reality that I exist amongst such beauty, knowledge and love.
